Data deletion request

To request the deletion of your data from the THINKBLOXPH INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES mobile applications, please follow the instructions below:

1. Send an email to admin@thinkbloxph.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
2. In the body of the email, provide your full name, email address, reason, and any other identifying information and the name of mobile application.
3. Clearly state that you are requesting the deletion of your data from the app and any related systems.
4. If you have any specific requests or preferences regarding the deletion of your data, please include them in the email.
5. Once we receive your request, we will process it as quickly as possible (but mostly it will take around 1 to 2 weeks).

Please note that it may take up to 30 days for your data to be fully deleted from our systems. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us at the email address provided.
